Ukash Virus - Avira Antivir found no infected files

0 like 0 dislike

Hello,
I am new here and I have this virus Ukash captured on my laptop.
I've been using Avira Antivir the hard drive for this manual http://forum.Helphow.info/viren-trojaner-...ml # post8388119
scanned. Unfortunately, the program has found nothing, not even the second time.
I've followed the instructions exactly, the program looked only slightly different from the instructions.
I've done something wrong? Or should I even try a different program? ), I identify myself with computers so do not ...)
Thank you ever and best regards
Bux

Hi,
OTL I can start the scan Antivir as well from a CD? Or should I run it through a live system from the desktop? Sorry for the stupid question ...

OTL post a log file mbam charging you down, update the program and check your system
Full scan perform
Enable the option not to scan the end, that something should be deleted.
Alone, the first report is important.
All security software before deaktivierenBitte use the spoiler tag for both

Hello,
Make an OTL scan
> Scan as per the instructions there
Check your system with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
> Can be updated before
> Nothing to disinfect! But the first sign is important!
> Disable other security software before
> "Full Scan> System Drive" Select
> Disconnect from the Internet when they are no longer necessary
Show the logs with SPOILERS in here:

I come with my computer but stupidly no longer on the Internet, currently writing a second The PC. I've copied the OTL file on a USB stick and tried to restart it on the infected PC in live mode (PartedMagic), but that does not work

Try it in Safe Mode.
Internet Explorer is not currently and would be a possible cause of the infestation.

Huhu, you mean, run without a live system? Unfortunately that does not, because then the same screen comes http://www.evild3ad.com/wp-content/u.../2011/04/1.png
and I can not do anything.

Restart the computer normally separated and let the internet connection.
Then run MBAM and from the OTL. Copy the logs on the stick and post it on another PC.
